The ETOPIA project was also presented to the EMC Community mainly from Europe by the project coordinator prof. Frank Leferink (UT) at the 2019 EMC Europe Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain, September 2-6, 2019.
The presentation entitled “Conducted EMI Research in Europe: Why, and How SCENT and ETOPIA projects” was delivered in the framework of the tutorial “EMI and power quality issues in Smart Cities and Transportation Systems”.
The tutorial, involving nine speakers, was co-organized and co-chaired by prof. Flavia Grassi (ETOPIA WP4 leader and Vice-Chair of the IEEE EMC Society TC-7, ETOPIA partner) and prof. Petre-Marian Nicolae (Coordinator of the ETOPIA research unit in UC, and Chair of the IEEE EMC Society TC-7).
